Park City Home Price Appreciation  During the same period in 2018, the rolling median sale price gained 7.9% indicating a sustained period of steady, consistent growth.  Since January of 2001 the trend indicates a 5.3% compound growth. Among the five major areas measured by the Park City MLS, homes within the Park City limits fared well were: Old Town, Prospector, Upper Deer Valley. Upper Deer Valley has increased due to the number of new product that has been closing at Empire Pass.

In 2018 - 2019 the sales were 165 which is a 3 percent decrease from the same time last year. The median price for a single fmaily home in 2017-2018 went from $1,920,250 and rose 9 percent in 2018-12019.

New Development Plan for Mayflower Mountain ResortPress release: August 16, 2019 A big announcement this week in Park City, Utah, Mayflower Mountain Resort is scheduled to open during the 2021-2022 Winnter Season. The Extell Development Company publicly released their master plan for the Mayflower Mountain Resort. There are approximately Extell owns 5,600 acres that Extell owns which is located west of SkyRidge and adjacent to Deer Valley Resort.
