New Development Plan for Mayflower Mountain Resort

A big announcement this week in Park City, Utah, Mayflower Mountain Resort is scheduled to open during the 2021-2022 Winnter Season. The Extell Development Company publicly released their master plan for the Mayflower Mountain Resort. There are approximately Extell owns 5,600 acres that Extell owns which is located west of SkyRidge and adjacent to Deer Valley Resort.
The current plans show the access will be locate at the Jordanelle/Mayflower Exit off of U.S. Highway 40. This is going to be a big undertaking with over 1,520 residential units, three hotels with 825 rooms and commercial units, 600 skier parking spaces, 95,000 square feet for workforce housing, and plans for a 68,000-square-foot recreation center that will be open to the public.
